Our experience over the years in Public House leasing has been a long learning process. We have re-written Leasehold and Management Contracts several times over the years and closed off many loopholes that existed within them. We are now of the opinion as a result of our years of involvement in this sector that we are well prepared to deal with any eventuality that may arise.
