Our Leasehold management services

This is where the owner/partnership would not wish to become involved in the day to day running of a premises.
A short-term leasehold contract to cover a four year nine month letting period is put in place between a suitable tenant /s and the Owners. The contract is both comprehensive and unambiguous. It is important that there be no contractual imbalance, which in the future could lead to friction between the parties.
Whilst the owners would not be involved in the day to day management of the property, reviews and shareholder meetings with the management company to discuss analysis and performance take place on a regular basis.

Management Contracts

This is where the owner /shareholders wish to remain in control of all aspects of the business, except its day to day operation.
The procurement of a suitable operator with the necessary experience and qualifications to enter a management contract with owner/ shareholders to promote and operate the business in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed in the management contract. The management contract differs from a leasehold agreement in so far as the owners maintain full control of all aspects of the business except its day to day operation.

Bar management/Director of operations

This is where the Owner/Shareholders wish to have total control of every aspect of the Licensed premises operation, with the aide of a Management Company to oversee its smooth administration.
