This is very evident when one examines its performance over all other sectors of the property trade. We anticipate that the present favourable market conditions will continue. Investing in the Licensed Trade in Ireland

Several of our investors currently have one or more licensed premises and hotel night-clubs on short-term leasehold agreements/management contracts throughout Ireland. We have experienced rapid growth in this aspect of our business.

We will arrange site visits, management meetings and presentations. We will then set about arranging the necessary finance and negotiating the best options available in the market place.
